What NUEMA Life offers
Nuema Life Inc. is a wellness and parenting support platform. Features include:
- Directory of wellness practitioners and providers
- Profiles of trusted brands and partner organizations
- Educational content about pregnancy, postpartum, caregiving
- Community interaction (comments now; reviews & photos in future updates)
- Events and sessions with experts, brands, and partner spaces
- Affiliate links, product recommendations, branded features
- Listings and promotions from Nuema-approved partners
Nuema Life Inc. facilitates connections; it does not sell products or services directly.
Community Contributions
Users may comment on content within the App, and future updates will allow users to upload photos and leave reviews.
By posting content, you grant Nuema Life Inc. a license to use, reproduce, and display that content within the App. You agree not to:
- Post offensive, harmful, or misleading content
- Impersonate others
- Promote medical products or services without written approval
Nuema Life Inc. reserves the right to moderate, remove, or restrict content at its discretion.
Practitioner and Partner Listings
Nuema Life Inc. features a curated directory of wellness practitioners, brands, and partner event spaces. These may include licensed professionals, product companies, and venue operators.
While practitioners and partners are screened by Nuema Life Inc. and may offer advice or services,they are not employed by Nuema Life Inc.
Any information or services provided are for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical care. Always consult your physician or licensed medical provider before making healthcare decisions.
Payments and Transactions
Nuema Life Inc. does not process or receive payments through the App. Any bookings or purchases with third-party practitioners, brands, or event spaces are solely between you and the provider.
Nuema Life Inc. acts only as a facilitator of discovery and connection.
Partner Content and Promotions
From time to time, Nuema Life Inc. may feature sponsored content, brand listings, or co-hosted events with third-party partners. These features are offered for user exploration but do not represent endorsements.
Nuema Life Inc. does not manufacture, control, or guarantee third-party products, services, or event experiences. Users are solely responsible for their own evaluations and engagement with third parties.
Your Rights
You may:
- Edit or update your profile
- Request deletion of your account
- Request access to or deletion of your stored data

All trademarks, logos, branding elements, App designs, and content are the intellectual property of Nuema Life Inc. and may not be reproduced without permission.
User-generated content remains the property of the user, but you grant Nuema Life Inc. a license to use it within the App.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nuema Life Inc. is not liable for:
- Wellness outcomes or medical outcomes based on content or advice
- Quality or actions of any third-party provider, brand, or partner
- User behavior or content posted within or outside the App
- Downtime, errors, or App interruptions
The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind.
Dispute Resolution
All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the state of [Delaware]. You agree to:
